Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of recruiters to achieve volume hiring targets for BPO clients.

- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions for non-IT recruitment needs.

- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in HR consulting or recruitment consulting with expertise in bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, and team handling.

- Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment campaigns for BPO/Call Centre industries.

- Robust understanding of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing techniques such as headhunting, social media outreach, etc.
