Harwell Global Services is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Overseas HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for international job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and eligibility.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/employers.
- Explain overseas job opportunities, requirements, salary, and recruitment processes to candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, especially spoken English.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Candidates with recruitment/overseas recruitment experience will be preferred.
