Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive to manage the complete recruitment process for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting the HR team in day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining dates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.




- Coordinate employee joining formalities and documentation.
- Support HR activities as required.

Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree / MBA HR / relevant qualification.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and candidate follow-ups.
- Valuable Tamil and English communication skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
