Job Summary

GM Manufacturing Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition.

The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring as well as client requirements across the manufacturing and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- · Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including preparation, job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
- · Handle recruitment for both internal positions and client hiring requirements.
- · Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- · Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- · Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- · Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- · Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- · Review and update job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.




- · Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- · Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, behavioural competencies, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- · Prepare candidate profiles and support offer management and approval processes.
- · Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates and future joiners.
- · Share daily recruitment reports and hiring updates with the reporting manager.
- · Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their hiring requirements.
- · Perform other recruitment and HR-related activities as assigned.

Eligibility · MBA (HR), BBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, or Any Graduate

· Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of recruitment experience

Job Details

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
