Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with around 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably from the manufacturing, engineering, factory, or industrial sector.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and joining formalities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Understand job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Handle recruitment for positions such as:

- Production

- Quality

- Maintenance

- Electrical/Mechanical

- CNC/Machine Operators

- Supervisors

- Technicians

- Stores / Warehouse

- Sales and Support roles
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and offer process.
- Ensure candidates join within the committed timeline.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Support offer release, document collection, and joining formalities.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Support other day-to-day HR activities as required.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Manufacturing / Engineering recruitment experience will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust follow-up and candidate coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Kannada and English communication skills preferred.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.

Qualification

- Any Graduate / MBA HR / MSW HR or equivalent qualification.

Salary Rs 15,000 – Rs 20,000 per month, depending on experience and recruitment skills.
