Job Title: HR Recruiter

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Hyderabad (Banjara Hills)

Salary: upto 3.5 LPA

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for retail stores, service centers, and corporate positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.

Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely closures.

Negotiate salary offers within approved budgets and coordinate offer rollouts.

Handle candidate documentation, background verification, and pre-joining formalities.

Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

Maintain recruitment trackers and generate weekly/monthly hiring reports.

Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.





Required Skills

Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment.

Experience hiring for retail, sales, customer service, technical, or corporate roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
