Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial candidate screening calls.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate databases.

Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining HR records.

Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.





Robust communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.

Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
