Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for open positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the .

- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.

- Analyze candidate feedback from interviews to make recommendations on final selection decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 3-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the IT services & consulting industry.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding recent hires.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like TA tools for efficient candidate management.
