- HR Documentation & Employee Data Management
- Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
- Performance & Promotion Process Coordination
- HR Reporting & Metrics
What We’re Looking For
- 9+ years of relevant HR experience
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Management from a Tier-1/Tier-2 B-school
- Experience in MNCs or mid-to-large organizations
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR processes
- Solid HR operations and employee lifecycle management experience
- Immediate joiners preferred
