Key Responsibilities:

- Employee onboarding and joining formalities.

- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR documentation.

- Managing attendance, leave and employee data.

- Coordinating with payroll team for monthly salary processing and resolving salary-related discrepancies.

- Preparing and maintaining HR reports and MIS.

- Handling employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, and documentation.

- Managing employee lifecycle activities such as joining, transfers, confirmation, and exit formalities.

- Maintaining employee files and ensuring proper documentation.

- Supporting statutory compliance and HR-related audits.

- Issuing HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, experience and relieving letters.

- Coordinating with different departments for smooth HR operations.





- Ensuring HR policies and processes are followed effectively.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of HR Operations and payroll processes.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.

- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Problem-solving and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.

- 6 Month–4 years of experience in HR Operations preferred.
