We are looking for a Full-Time HR Manager to lead key HR functions with a strong focus on Recruitment, PMS, Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Training & Development, and HR Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment & hiring
- Offer management & onboarding supervision
- PMS & performance management
- Workforce planning & attrition management
- HR operations & statutory compliance oversight
- Employee engagement & grievance handling
- Training & employee development initiatives
- HR MIS, dashboards & process improvement
- Manage and guide the HR Executive
- Oversee HR administration and daily operations

Requirements:

- Strong oral, written, and spoken English communication
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS
- Good knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- Strong coordination, people-management, and problem-solving skills

Location: Satpur, Nashik Employment Type: Full time

Salary : 4 to 5 LPA

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
