Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth HR processes.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, selection, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Payroll team for salary processing.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company rules.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Plan and conduct employee engagement and development activities.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Maintain employee documentation and personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management updates.




- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
- Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, attendance, and workplace conduct.
- Support management in workforce planning and HR decision-making.
- Lead and guide the HR team.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR software/HRMS.

Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Graduate candidates with relevant HR experience may also be considered.

Experience 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR management, preferably in a corporate, manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar organization.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
