We are looking for an experienced professional to lead HR and day-to-day operations for our India team supporting a US operation. The role will manage a team of approximately 45 employees and work during the US shift.
Key responsibilities
- Act as an HR business partner to managers, supporting hiring, performance management, employee relations, and team development.
- Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, policies, and compliance.
- Manage daily operations, allocate resources, track deliverables, and resolve workflow issues.
- Coordinate with US stakeholders to align priorities and ensure timely execution.
Requirements Solid people management and operational leadership skills, sound knowledge of HR processes, and excellent English communication. Experience managing teams that support US operations is preferred.
