About the Role
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to recruitment and day-to-day HR operations within a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and candidate coordination
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Support employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain HR records, trackers and recruitment MIS
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- HR / Business Management students or graduates preferred
