We are looking for HR - Intern for Dwarka location
Location: Dwarka (Hybrid) (Work from office)
Working Days: 6 days (Sunday offs)
Candidate will be offered monthly stipend
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate interviews and provide support throughout the selection process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our HR database.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources.
- Fresher or with internship experience as an HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and online platforms to source and track candidates.
