We are looking for an HR Faculty to train and mentor students in Human Resource Management with practical, industry-oriented learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct HR and HRM classes for students.
- Teach Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training & Development and HR Operations.
- Provide practical examples, case studies and activities.
- Prepare presentations, study materials, assignments and assessments.
- Conduct mock interviews and support students with career preparation.
- Monitor student performance and provide guidance.
- Conduct Soft Skills and Communication sessions when required.
- Maintain student academic records and coordinate with the academic team.

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of HR concepts and practical HR processes.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Teaching/training or HR industry experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
