a Form Filling of Recent Joinees b Induction of new Joinees c Exit Interviews d Looking for Advance & Loan Applications and deducting the same
6 Co-Ordination for contractors bill on monthly basis
7 Yearly Increment Sheets, Working
8 Arrears Calculation
9 Salary Breakup, Working, CTC Calculation for New Employees
10 Full & Final Settlements
11 Bank Account Opening
12 Other work given by directors
13 Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
14 PF & ESIC Number Creation
15 Applying for PF Settlement & Claims
