Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition and candidate coordination for various positions.
- Coordinate internship programs, employee onboarding and joining formalities while maintaining proper HR documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records and employee documentation, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Support HR operations,



employee coordination and compliance-related activities to ensure smooth day-to-day HR processes.

Requirements

- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Positive coordination, documentation and people-management skills.
