- We're hiring an HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations for our ~100-employee manufacturing unit. Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interview scheduling Coordinate onboarding and induction for current joiners Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, Factories Act registers) Maintain personnel files and HR records Assist in rolling out HR policies and the employee handbook Coordinate training sessions Handle routine employee queries Working knowledge of MS Excel Good communication skills — English Reports to : Founder/Director
