Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Junior and Mid-Level positions.

- Source candidates through various recruitment channels.

- Collect JDs and manpower requirements from HODs/Directors.

- Screen and shortlist candidates and maintain an active candidate pipeline.

- Coordinate interviews and communicate interview details.

- Maintain daily Interview Schedule and Interview Status Reports.

- Coordinate selected candidates' documents and joining formalities.

- Maintain accurate candidate data in HR recruitment software.

- Coordinate with HODs, candidates, and HR team.

- Support Senior Recruiter and HR team in recruitment activities.

- Review pending positions and maintain candidate pipeline.

Required Skills:
- Strong Junior & Mid-Level sourcing and recruitment skills.





- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment.

- Knowledge of Naukri and other recruitment portals.

- Strong interview coordination and candidate engagement skills.

- Positive communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies.

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR software.

- Ability to maintain recruitment MIS and documentation.

- Basic understanding of CTC structures.

- Proactive and organized approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹375,000.00 per month
