About the Role

Kama Jewelry is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern Manufacturing Workforce Recruitment to support the HR team in hiring for manufacturing, production, and shopfloor workforce requirements.

This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment operations, and HR processes in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, be comfortable working with candidates and recruitment channels, and have a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the HR team in sourcing candidates for manufacturing, production, and shopfloor positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, local networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on defined job requirements.
- Contact candidates to understand their interest, availability, experience, and basic eligibility.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.
- Assist in documentation and onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Support walk-in drives, bulk hiring drives, and recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and recruitment partners as required.




- Ensure timely updating of recruitment records and adherence to defined recruitment processes.
- Assist in improving candidate engagement and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Support other HR recruitment activities and projects as assigned.

Key Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Candidate sourcing and calling skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate pursuing/completed BBA, BMS, B.Com, BA, or any relevant discipline.
- Students pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR may also be considered.
- Freshers and candidates with internship/entry-level exposure in HR or recruitment can apply.
- Candidates interested in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations will be preferred.
