HR Manager – Hardware Industry

Job Title: HR Manager

:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the hardware/manufacturing unit.

- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and retention.

- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, PT and other statutory requirements.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Handle performance management, employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

- Coordinate training, employee engagement and welfare activities.

- Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.

- Coordinate with management and department heads on manpower requirements.

- Experience in hardware/manufacturing/industrial workplace is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
