Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, attendance, payroll support, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews, follow-ups, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment consultants, social media, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate technical and management interviews with the concerned departments.
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, and other HR documents.
- Collect and verify employee documents during the joining process.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee personal and employment records.
- Coordinate employee induction and joining formalities.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily employee attendance and leave records.
- Maintain attendance through the company’s attendance management system.
- Follow up with employees regarding missing punches, late attendance, and leave requests.
- Prepare monthly attendance data for payroll processing.
4. Payroll & Compliance Support
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, salary revisions, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Support PF, ESI, professional tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for salary processing.
- Maintain payroll-related employee records and documentation.
5. Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, salary, and company procedures.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
6. Exit & Full-and-Final Process
- Manage resignation documentation and exit formalities.
- Coordinate notice period, handover, relieving, and experience letters.
- Provide required employee information for full-and-final settlement.
- Maintain proper records of employee exits.
7. HR Administration
- Maintain employee files, HR trackers, and HR-related databases.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management.
- Coordinate with different departments for employee-related requirements.
- Support management in implementing HR policies and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
- Basic knowledge of payroll, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in engineering, MEP, HVAC, construction, or project-based organizations will be an added advantage.
