We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee records, payroll coordination, recruitment and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee files, records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate monthly payroll and maintain attendance-related information.
- Manage employee joining and exit documentation.
- Handle recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling and selection coordination.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave and other HR records.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documents.
- Coordinate with management regarding routine HR requirements.
- Support employee communication and day-to-day HR activities.
- Ensure HR documents and records are properly organized and updated.
- Assist management with general administrative and HR-related work.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and payroll.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidential employee records professionally.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Previous HR or recruitment experience will be an advantage.
