We are seeking a motivated HR Executive (Recruitment) to join our dynamic team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a keen eye for identifying top talent. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring our organization attracts and hires the best candidates to meet our staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Job portals, social platforms and skilled networks).

- Screen resumes and job applications.

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.

- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.

- Share offer letters, salary annexures, and other pre-joining documents with selected candidates.

- Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer acceptance, documentation, and joining confirmation.

- Provide pre-onboarding support and ensure candidates are informed about joining formalities, required documents,



reporting time, and other relevant details.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates during the notice period / pre-joining stage to ensure smooth onboarding.

- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities for campus recruitment.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree & Freshers are most welcome

- 6 months - 1 years of work experience as an HR Recruiter.

- Familiarity with Job portals and resume databases.

- Experience with sourcing techniques.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
