Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing factory.

- Handle employee attendance, leave, payroll inputs, joining, exit and employee records.

- Manage statutory compliance and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.

- Handle factory audits, labour audits and compliance documentation.

- Maintain and update all required statutory registers, records and HR documentation.

- Coordinate with government authorities, consultants and auditors whenever required.

- Ensure compliance related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishment / Factory-related requirements and other applicable labour laws.





- Handle contractor labour documentation and compliance.

- Support employee grievance handling, disciplinary matters and HR policies.

- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, induction and manpower requirements.

- Ensure HR processes and documentation are properly maintained as per manufacturing industry requirements.

- Prepare HR reports and compliance-related MIS for management.

Candidate Requirements

- 04–07 years of relevant HR experience in a Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance and Factory HR processes.

- Good practical knowledge of HR audits, labour audits and compliance requirements.

- Should understand the HR requirements and statutory practices applicable to a manufacturing factory.

- Solid documentation, communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
