Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive / HR Assistant to manage day-to-day HR operations for hospitality outlets. The role will involve recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance, documentation, HR compliance, and coordination with outlet teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlet and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, institutes, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
- Manage employee onboarding and ensure timely completion of documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases/HRMS.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, manpower reports, and employee data.
- Support payroll inputs and ensure timely submission of required information.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, and documentation.
- Conduct and coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Support employee engagement and Rewards & Recognition activities.




- Coordinate with Restaurant Managers, RGM/Operations, and other department heads for manpower requirements.
- Monitor vacancies, replacements, and joining status across outlets.
- Support POSH, labour law, and other HR compliance activities.
- Prepare regular HR reports related to hiring, attrition, manpower, and employee status.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or retail.
