We are looking for a qualified and experienced HR Operations professional to join our team at Otsen Technologies ( Nesto Group KSA)
Key Requirements:
1–3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations
Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle management
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Experience with HR software or ERP systems is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Work Location: UL CyberPark, Calicut
