Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Human resource associate to join our Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Support HR operations, documentation, and employee record management.
- Help with onboarding and orientation processes for recent employees.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR fundamentals (preferred but not mandatory).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
