We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and skilled Hotel Receptionist for a 12-hour shift role at our property in the Nagercoil area. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests upon arrival, handling smooth check-in and check-out operations, managing reservations, answering phone calls, and providing high-quality service throughout guest stays. You will also oversee billing transactions, update room status, and work closely with our housekeeping and maintenance staff to maintain operational standards.

Prior front office experience or familiarity with hotel billing software is preferred, but dedicated candidates with excellent customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
