We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospital Facilities Manager to oversee the physical infrastructure of our healthcare facility. In this role, you will ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable setting for patients, medical staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for managing continuous utilities, strict infection control protocols, and full compliance with healthcare regulations such as NABH and state health codes.

Key Responsibilities

- Building Maintenance: Inspect properties, schedule routine repairs, and manage upkeep for systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical grids. Collaborate with clinical teams to maintain strict infection control barriers during construction, maintenance, and regular facility updates.

- Critical Infrastructure Management: Oversee the seamless operation of vital systems including backup power generators, medical gas lines, HVAC air filtration (HEPA), water purification & sewage treatment plant (STP).

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility strictly meets NABH (Life Safety Code), and local health department standards at all times.

- Infection Control &
- Safety: Supervise Housekeeping staff and ensure hospital premises are kept clean & tidy at all times.

Supervise Bio Medical Waste Management

System in coordination with Image authorities and infection control nurse of the hospital.

- Safety and Compliance: Enforce health, fire, and workplace safety codes and emergency protocols.

- Vendor &

- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise in-house maintenance crews and manage external specialized biomedical and structural contractors.



Hire and supervise external contractors, negotiate service contracts, and monitor performance.

- Emergency Preparedness: Serve as a core member of the disaster response team, updating and testing emergency evacuation and failure protocols.

- Financial &

- Asset Tracking: Develop and manage the annual operational budget, create, track, and optimize facility budgets for supplies and repairs. Track supply costs, and schedule preventative maintenance.

- Space Planning: Coordinate office relocations, workspace reconfigurations, and asset tracking.

- Leadership: Ability to supervise custodial, maintenance, and administrative staff.

- Problem-Solving: Quick response to urgent facility issues or equipment failures.

- Communication: Clear coordination with vendors, management, and internal teams.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in facilities management, with at least 3 years explicitly in a hospital or healthcare environment.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (equivalent technical experience considered).

- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of medical HVAC isolation systems, automated building systems.

- Availability: Must be available to respond to emergency facility alerts outside of regular business hours.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
