Role Description This is a full-time, in office Homecare Nurse role based in Bengaluru.

The Homecare

Nurse will provide professional nursing care in patients’ homes, including assessment, monitoring vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and support with activities of daily living. The role involves implementing physician-prescribed care plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families on treatment,



rehabilitation, and preventive care. The nurse will maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhere to infection control and safety protocols, and escalate changes in patient condition promptly.

The position requires flexibility to visit multiple patients, deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, and uphold Apollo’s standards for quality and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Nursing skills, including clinical assessment, care planning, and execution in homecare settings.

- Candidates should possess foundational Medicine knowledge to understand diagnoses, treatments, and prescribed therapies.

- Candidates should possess Home Care and Patient Care skills, including assistance with daily living activities, monitoring, and family education.

- Candidates should possess Wound Care skills, including dressing changes, infection prevention, and healing assessment.

- Valid nursing registration (e.g., GNM/B.Sc Nursing) and eligibility to practice in India.

- Prior experience in home healthcare, community nursing, or hospital bedside care is preferred.

- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and responsibly in patients’ homes.

- Ability to travel within Bengaluru, follow clinical protocols, and use basic digital tools for documentation and coordination.
