- Coordinate and schedule home nursing services for patients.

- Assign suitable nurses based on the patient’s care requirements.

- Communicate with patients, families, nurses, and doctors.

- Monitor the quality and continuity of nursing care at home.

- Maintain patient records, care plans, and nursing documentation.

- Follow up on patient conditions and report concerns to the appropriate medical team.

- Handle nurse attendance, shift changes, replacements, and leave arrangements.

- Ensure nurses follow safety, hygiene, and clinical care protocols.

- Address patient or family concerns and resolve service-related issues.

- Prepare regular reports on patient care, staffing, and service performance.
