Role Description The Hiring Partner is a full-time remote role responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition for ExpoDiscover.com. This includes defining role requirements with internal stakeholders, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding hiring decisions to align with business needs.

The Hiring

Partner will build and maintain candidate pipelines, manage recruitment tools and platforms, and ensure a positive, inclusive experience for all applicants. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with team leaders to forecast hiring needs, developing and refining job descriptions,



conducting structured interviews, and overseeing offer negotiations. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, recommending process improvements, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent globally.

Qualifications

- Talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills for collaborating with hiring managers and leadership.
- Experience managing remote hiring processes, using ATS or recruitment platforms, and handling global candidate pools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple concurrent searches and deadlines.
- Ability to design inclusive hiring practices and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies.
- Familiarity with the B2B or marketplace/tech setting; exposure to the events or exhibition industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working fully remotely, with reliable internet access and the ability to collaborate across time zones.
