About the Role

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Developer who can take ownership of complex NetSuite development, customization, integration, reporting, and production support activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience and be able to independently explain the business problem, technical approach, challenges, and outcomes of solutions they have personally delivered.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and maintain NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript, including User Event, Client, Scheduled and Map/Reduce scripts.
- Build and maintain RESTlets, Suitelets and script deployments while managing governance and performance considerations.
- Design SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, Datasets, Saved Searches, KPIs and dashboards to support business reporting requirements.
- Develop and customize Advanced PDF and HTML transaction templates using FreeMarker, conditional logic and dynamic formatting.
- Build NetSuite customizations involving custom records, forms, fields and SuiteFlow workflows.
- Develop and support integrations between NetSuite and external applications using REST, SOAP and other integration approaches.
- Participate in data migration and validation activities across NetSuite implementations.
- Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis,



troubleshoot scripts and integrations, and implement permanent fixes.
- Optimize scripts and solutions to address governance, performance and scalability challenges.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical NetSuite solutions.
- Contribute to solution design discussions, technical documentation, deployment activities and implementation planning.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, business teams and other technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant hands-on NetSuite development experience.
- Strong practical experience with SuiteScript and multiple scripting frameworks.
- Experience with SuiteAnalytics, Workbooks, Datasets, Saved Searches, KPIs and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience developing Advanced PDF/HTML templates and using FreeMarker.
- Experience with NetSuite custom records, forms, fields and SuiteFlow.
- Experience developing or supporting REST/SOAP and third-party integrations.
- Strong production troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
- Ability to explain technical design decisions, implementation challenges and business outcomes.
- Solid ownership and communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical and business stakeholders.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
