Role & responsibilities

- Understand and follow standard operating procedures.

- Analyze websites for structure, content, technology, flows, etc.

- Memorize large sets of content rules and apply that knowledge to differing scenarios.

- Evaluate web content for violations or non-compliance with policies, rules and best practices.

- Conduct research as needed, proactively compile and analyze data from multiple sources.

- Meet daily, weekly and monthly deliverables and performance targets.

- Collaborate with other analysts, and stakeholders to support team goals and initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Internet-savvy with understanding of the good (opportunities/ perks) and bad (risks/ threats) of the internet and digital platforms.

- Generally aware of social media and digital commerce, with understanding of content policies and privacy rules.

- Proficient with the Microsoft Office product suite, and MS Excel in particular.

- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
