- Relevant Retail Pharmacy experience
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of pharmacy and store operations
- Inventory, stock and expiry management
- Team handling and leadership skills for Store Incharge
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities Store Incharge
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Lead and supervise the store team to achieve operational and sales targets
- Ensure adequate stock availability and proper inventory management
- Monitor stock movement, expiry, damages and loss prevention
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, company SOPs and audit requirements
- Handle customer concerns and maintain a high level of customer service
- Monitor store hygiene, billing and overall operational standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve store performance.
