We are hiring Sr. Quality Analysts with strong experience in International Voice Process and Quality Assurance. The role will be responsible for monitoring quality, conducting audits, identifying process gaps, performing RCA, and driving continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality audits and monitoring of International Voice interactions.
- Evaluate calls for quality, accuracy, process adherence and customer experience.
- Identify recurring errors, quality gaps and process deviations.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prepare detailed RCA reports.
- Identify gaps related to process, policy, training, tools and system.
- Analyze quality trends and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Participate in calibration sessions with Quality, Operations and Training teams.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects.
- Work closely with Operations and Training teams to improve overall quality performance.
- Handle complex cases and ensure proper interpretation and application of process guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of overall BPO/Operations experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 + year of relevant Quality Analyst experience on paper – Mandatory.
- International Voice Process experience – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance, Quality Auditing and Quality Monitoring.
- Good understanding of RCA, 5 Why, Fishbone and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Solid analytical, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify process deviations.
- Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends and drive corrective actions.
- Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
