Position1:

Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) -International BPO

Work Location: Hyderabad | Work From Office

:

Role & Responsibilities:

- Monitor and support team performance through real-time guidance, coaching, and process assistance.
- Handle escalations, resolve complex queries, and ensure adherence to quality and process guidelines.
- Track key performance metrics including AHT, CSAT, Quality, FCR, SLA, Productivity, Attendance and Adherence.
- Provide feedback, identify performance gaps, and support Team Leaders/Managers in improving overall team performance.

Eligibility:

- Graduate with 4+ years of International BPO experience (Prefer Voice).
- Minimum 2 years of SME experience on paper is mandatory.
- Team Size must be min 25 to 30 members
- Age below 35 years.
- Willing to work from office in Hyderabad.
- Flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Should not have any absconding History
- Immediate Joiners (Serving notice of 10 to 15days are eligible)

Salary:

- Up to 5.5 LPA (20 to 25% hike on Previous CTC and Interview Performance)
- 5 day working, 2 days off (Rotational)
- Cab Facility Available

Position2:

Job Title: Team Lead -International BPO

Work Location: Hyderabad | Work From Office

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor team performance to achieve productivity, quality, CSAT, AHT, and SLA targets.
- Coach team members, provide regular feedback, and address performance gaps through effective action plans.
- Handle escalations, ensure process compliance, and coordinate with SMEs, Quality Analysts, and Operations Managers.

Eligibility:

- Graduate with 5+ years of International BPO experience (Prefer Voice).




- Minimum 2 years of Team Lead experience on paper is mandatory.
- Team size must be min 25 to 30 members
- Age below 35 years.
- Willing to work from office in Hyderabad.
- Versatile to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Should not have any absconding History
- Immediate Joiners (Serving notice of 10 to 15days are eligible)

Salary:

- Up to 7 LPA (Decent hike on Previous CTC and Interview Performance)
- 5 day working, 2 days off (Rotational)
- Cab Facility Available

Job Title: Senior Quality Analyst -International BPO

Work Location: Hyderabad | Work From Office

Role & Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality audits of calls, chats, emails, or cases and ensure adherence to process, quality, and client standards.
- Analyze quality trends, identify recurring gaps, and perform RCA to recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents, conduct calibration sessions, and support improvement in quality metrics.
- Prepare quality reports, share insights with Operations/Training teams, and drive continuous process and customer-experience improvements.

Eligibility:

- Graduate with 5+ years of International BPO experience (Prefer Voice).
- Minimum 2 years of Quality Analyst experience on paper is mandatory.
- Age below 35 years.
- Willing to work from office in Hyderabad.
- Flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Should not have any absconding History
- Immediate Joiners

Salary:

- Up to 9 LPA ( Decent hike on Previous CTC and Interview Performance)
- 5 day working, 2 days off (Rotational)
