1. Sr. SME Operations

Experience: Total 3 Years But 1+ Year as SME on paper Mandatory

CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA (2025% hike on current CTC)

Notice Period: Up to 30 Days

2. Team Leader – Operations

Experience: 5+ Years overall BPO/Operations | 2+ Years as Team Leader on paper – Mandatory

CTC: Up to 7 LPA (20–25% hike on current CTC)

Notice Period: 15–30 Days

Transport: One-way Cab

We are hiring experienced Sr. SMEs and Team Leaders for an International Voice Process in Hyderabad. Candidates should have relevant experience in BPO Operations, people management, process compliance, quality management and performance improvement.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- International Voice Process experience is mandatory.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.




- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in coaching, feedback and performance management.
- Knowledge of quality monitoring, audits and process compliance.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer orientation and team-management skills.
- Comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts.

Role-Specific Requirements For Sr. SME:

- Total 3 Years But Minimum 1+ Year as SME on paper Mandatory
- Experience in floor support, quality audits, coaching, calibration and training support.

For Team Leader:

- Minimum 5+ Years of overall BPO/Operations experience.
- Minimum 2+ Years of Team Leader experience on paper is mandatory.
- Experience in team handling, KPI management, escalations and performance management.
