Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Developer with over 5 years of expertise in developing data-driven business solutions. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end business intelligence (BI) solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver insights using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interactive, dynamic, and visually engaging reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Design and maintain optimized data models using Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and advanced formulas to support business logic.
- Automate data refresh schedules and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of BI solutions for large datasets.
- Perform data analysis, cleansing, and validation for data consistency.
- Create and manage Power BI workspaces, datasets, and user security roles.
- Support troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance optimization for Power BI reports and dashboards.




- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Power BI Developer.
- Strong experience in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.
- Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and database technologies.
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Expertise in developing dashboards, KPIs, and reports that drive business decisions.
- Experience with ETL processes and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred:

- Microsoft Power BI Certification.
- Experience with Power BI Premium, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or SSRS.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with AI-DLC practices, including AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, responsible AI considerations, and integrating AI capabilities into the software development lifecycle.
- Prior experience in US Healthcare RCM domain
