Role & responsibilities

1. Payroll Processing & Administration

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees.

- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, incentives, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements.

- Validate employee master data and payroll inputs.

- Ensure timely salary disbursement and payroll closure.

1. Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate timely filing of statutory returns and challans.

- Keep payroll practices updated in line with changes in labor and tax regulations.

1. Reporting & Analytics

- Generate payroll reports, MIS dashboards, and management summaries.

- Analyze payroll costs, trends, and variances.

- Provide payroll data for budgeting, manpower planning, and audits.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree any field.

- MBA/PGDM in HR or Finance preferred.

- Certification in Payroll Management is an added advantage.
