We are looking for confident, quick-thinking individuals to join Scripbox as Investment Coach. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in wealth management and financial services. No prior mutual fund knowledge is required we will train you and support you in obtaining your NISM Series V-A certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

- Make 250+ dialed calls per day to potential and existing clients to generate leads and drive investment conversations.
- Achieve approximately 3 hours of talk time daily.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly business targets through proactive client outreach.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and clients to improve conversion.

Client Engagement

- Build rapport with clients through confident, spontaneous, and explicit communication.
- Understand client requirements and represent them accurately to guide the conversation.
- Provide a positive, professional first point of contact for clients.
- Ensure timely and professional resolution of basic client queries.

Education





- Bachelor's degree in Finance or any relevant discipline. Candidates from other educational backgrounds with an aptitude for sales are welcome to apply.

Experience

- Freshers to candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or a related field.
- Prior experience in financial services is a plus but not required.

Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence and spontaneity ability to think on your feet and respond naturally to client questions without a rigid script.
- Strong listening skills and a genuine interest in learning about finance and investments.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven calling environment.

Working Conditions

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Saturday: Alternate Saturdays working
- Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off
