Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven US Healthcare Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals across the United States. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Recruit candidates for positions such as Dentist, Dental Assistant, Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Medical Assistants, Allied Health professionals, and other healthcare roles.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
- Understand client job requirements and identify candidates who match the required skills, experience, location, shift, and compensation.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding requirements.
- Assist candidates with documentation, credentialing, compliance, licensing, background checks, and other onboarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and staffing/client teams.
- Stay updated on US healthcare staffing trends, licensing requirements, and relevant industry practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Prior experience in US healthcare recruitment or US staffing is preferred.
- Good understanding of US healthcare job roles and terminology.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work with US time zones and versatile shifts when required.
- Comfortable working with ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and able to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Experience Experience recruiting for healthcare staffing agencies, hospitals, clinics, nursing facilities, home healthcare, travel nursing, or allied healthcare organizations is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
