Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for healthcare and allied roles such as Nutritionists (virtual and field), Patient Counsellors (non-dietician), Field Sales Executives, Key Account Hospital Executives, and QA/AE positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from application to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Support offer facilitation and initial employment negotiation discussions under guidance from the Recruitment Manager.
Achieve individual hiring targets, contributing to the team's overall goal of closing 15-20 positions per month.
Utilize job boards, social media, and internal databases to build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Ensure all screening and hiring activities comply with applicable employment laws and organizational policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate records.
Build and maintain cooperative working relationships with stakeholders (intervention heads/SPOCS) to understand hiring needs.
Assist in generating recruitment reports and metrics to highlight progress and areas of improvement.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate;
Experience
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or NON-IT hiring.
- Exposure to bulk/high-volume hiring is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to build cooperative working relationships based on trust.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Working knowledge of job boards and social media sourcing (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Willingness to learn the duties and competencies of varied healthcare roles
