USI Global Recruitment is hiring experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanics for opportunities in the UK & Ireland.

Job Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair heavy commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, and HGVs.

- Perform maintenance and servicing of engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical systems.

- Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle faults.

- Carry out preventive and routine maintenance.

- Inspect vehicles and ensure they meet safety and roadworthiness standards.

- Maintain accurate records of repairs and servicing.

- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.

- Keep updated with modern heavy-vehicle technologies and repair techniques.

Requirements





- 3+ years of experience as a Heavy Vehicle / HGV Mechanic.

- Experience working with trucks, buses, HGVs, or commercial vehicles.

- Solid knowledge of diesel engines and mechanical systems.

- Experience with vehicle diagnostics and fault finding.

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Relevant technical qualification/ITI or equivalent is preferred.

- Premium brand vehicle experience is an advantage.
