Role Overview

Healync Private Health is seeking a proactive Healthcare Case Manager to manage end-to-end healthcare coordination for clients. The role requires strong patient advocacy, seamless medical coordination, and high-touch service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact and patient advocate for assigned clients.
- Work closely with leading business leaders across India and coordinate care with globally renowned international healthcare institutions.
- Coordinate appointments, admissions, procedures, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centers, TPAs, and international institutions.
- Manage insurance pre-authorizations, claims, and billing coordination.
- Handle all health-related coordination to ensure smooth and timely care.
- Escalate critical cases with urgency and discretion.

Requirements
- Must be a Doctor/BDS.
- 3–5+ years of experience in hospital operations, patient coordination, TPA,



healthcare management, or related healthcare services.
- Solid understanding of hospital and insurance workflows.
- Excellent communication, discretion, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage high-profile clients with professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
- High ownership and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Immediate joining preferred.

Compensation ₹5–7 LPA, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
