nMinimum 20 years of experience in a metal manufacturing environment, preferably in non-ferrous (copper & copper alloys) flat-rolled products.

nProven track record in leading quality assurance teams and implementing robust Quality Management Systems (QMS).

nHands-on experience in metallurgical processes for flat rolled products.

nLeadership & Strategy

nLead, mentor, and develop the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure high standards of performance and compliance.

nCreate and implement best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.

nDrive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement within the QA department.

nProvide leadership and direction to the entire organization regarding Quality Assurance issues and certifications.

nLead recent product development team.

nQuality Management & Systems

nOversee implementation, maintenance, internal & external audits and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO/IATF or relevant standards.

nEnsure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory norms, and statutory obligations (including environment, health & safety). Drive initiatives for process capability enhancement and defect prevention.

nProcess & Product Quality





nMonitor and control process parameters for copper and copper alloy foils/coils to ensure conformance to specifications.

nPrepare and implement Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) for Copper and copper alloy flat rolled products in coordination with planning and production teams Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for internal rejections, customer complaints, and deviations; implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in coordination with CFT

nCollaborate with Production, Planning, and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall process efficiency.

nSupplier & Customer Interface

nManage quality of incoming raw materials and ensure supplier compliance through audits and evaluations. Interface with customers to address quality concerns, provide technical support, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Prepare and present oetailed quality performance reports and metrics to management.

nContinuous Improvement & Standards

nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and IATF Core Tools for process and quality improvements. Benchmark best practices in quality systems and implement them within the organization. Drive accreditation initiatives relevant to the manufacturing industry (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, etc.).

nEstablish quality KPIs and initiate continuous improvement activities.
