Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for e-commerce business, driving revenue growth and customer acquisition.

- Manage P&L; (Profit & Loss) performance, ensuring profitability management and identifying areas for improvement.

- Lead cross-functional teams to launch recent products, manage product lifecycle, and optimize sales channels.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform data-driven decision making.

Job Requirements :

- 10-30 years of experience in E-Commerce industry with a focus on digital sales, growth strategy, and profitability management.

- Proven track record of developing successful go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

- Strong understanding of PNL (Profit & Loss) management principles and ability to analyze financial data effectively.

- Experience leading high-performing teams across multiple functions including marketing, operations, logistics etc.
