Role Overview:

The Head Finishing will be responsible for leading and overseeing finishing activities across 3 high-rise residential projects in NCR Noida, Moti Nagar and Gurgaon.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage finishing works across 3 high rise residential projects in NCR.

- Oversee complete finishing activities including civil finishing, flooring, tiling, plastering, painting, waterproofing, faade, doors & windows, joinery and other architectural finishes.

- Drive project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

- Monitor progress across all three projects and ensure timely achievement of key milestones.

- Coordinate with Design, Projects, MEP, Quality, Procurement, Consultants and Contractors for smooth execution.





- Review and resolve site-level technical and execution issues related to finishing works.

- Ensure quality, workmanship, safety and compliance across projects.

- Manage contractors and vendors, including resource planning, productivity and performance monitoring.

- Track project schedules, material requirements and finishing-related costs.

- Conduct regular site reviews and provide management updates on progress, critical issues and recovery plans.

- Standardize finishing processes and best practices across all three projects.

- Ensure timely snagging, rectification, testing and final handover of completed areas.
